Every order ships free, insured and tracked.

• Processing: orders ship within 24 hours (business days).
• Delivery in the USA: 7–10 business days, depending on your location.
• International: we also ship to the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Delivery times vary by country.
• Discreet packaging: nothing on the box says what's inside.
• Tracking: you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or delayed orders

If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, email hey@cravecandy.us and we'll reship your order or refund it.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
